The room was a Twin Room. I found the staff very attentive. The facilities included a spa, and I particularly enjoyed the access. The hotel ensured seamless transitions from check-in to check-out. This felt comfortable.
The hotel charged an extra fee for coffee and tea inside the room. I believe complimentary beverages should be a standard amenity. This practice seemed inconsistent with the overall value.

the staff were efficient and helpful. i recommend this place
charged an extra €150,€50 safety deposit per night. i booked a british airways city break,they did not mention this i had to spend half of my spending money on a deposit that i didn't have in the first place. swimming pool is not free of charge again did not state this on the british airways website,it was included in the cost.

The breakfast was really good. I found various warm options that I liked. The decor and public areas looked beautiful. Friendly staff was always available. The restaurant also served nice food.
The television was not easily connected to personal streaming accounts. It was basically useless as a result.

Excellent Stay with Great Amenities

Claudia from reception in Porto was excellent. She was proactive, helpful, and sorted out all my questions. The hotel has a minibar in the room. This allowed me to keep my own drinks and snacks. The spa was great. I used it for just €12 for my stay. The location is practical and close to the metro station. The room was quiet. It had a nice view of the water. I found the room very very comfy and tidy.
The ventilation was terrible. They don't have normal windows, and air-conditioning is everywhere. The air was super dry. It was a challenge to stay there.

The room was spacious and well-equipped with modern amenities. I had a restful sleep on the comfortable king-size bed. The blackout curtains ensured the room was dark for sleeping and two comfortable chairs with a small table allowed a relaxing space.

the staff was friendly. i appreciate the quick service and how they attended to my concerns. the room was clean. i had a twin room and it was a good size for me.
the gym was not excellent. it had limited equipment and felt small. i also think the breakfast had limited options. i prefer more variety of items.
